Product Description

Ramay Epoxy Primer is used to increase the adhesion of paint coats that will be applied later to metal surfaces such as aluminum, galvanized metal, and sheet metal.

Product Application

The application surface must be clean, dry, and free of rust and dust. Before use, the paint should be thoroughly mixed and added hardener. After adding hardener, the paint should be carefully mixed. After preparing the mixture, it should be brought to application viscosity using cellulosic thinner for 15 minutes. The application is performed as 1 or 2 layers to achieve a film thickness of 10-15 microns. The metal surfaces should be kept outdoors for 1-2 hours before the top coat paint is applied.

Product Features

The anti-rust pigments it contains pacify the surface and improve the corrosion resistance of the paint system.
